I've also been on the wrong side of a market collapse, and watched what it does to a business that only works while conditions stay good.

Selling paint contracts is nothing like selling a restored car, and neither is anything like selling a course. But the question underneath never changed: where do the customers come from, and what makes them buy? A business that can't answer that on purpose, repeatedly, isn't a business. It's a bet on the market staying kind.

That's what a website and a funnel are for. Not a set of pages. A repeatable answer to those two questions.

It's why I won't hand you a design and call it finished. If the offer is what's holding the sale back, I'll fix the offer. That's the part that decides whether any of it makes money.

I closed a working business to build a course. Every decision I make on your build is one I'm making on mine, with my own money and my own launch date attached to the answer.
